Standard Shipping — Worldwide

Sancturium offers free standard shipping on all orders over €50 

We offer a low rate standard shipping, depending on where you are located.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

 

Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Express shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is available at checkout for an additional €13.95. Express orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Multiple Items — Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Each item will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you as each shipment is dispatched. There is no additional charge for this.

 

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the dispatch date, please reach out to us, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
